SEMARAK ’26 PMSM: Move, Care, Connect — Bringing Collaboration and Health Education to Workers in an Engaging Wayn Edukasi Kesehatan Pekerja yang Menyenangkan

Jakarta, 18 October 2026 – The Indonesian Human Resource Management Association (PMSM Indonesia), through its Health & Wellbeing Department, successfully hosted SEMARAK ’26 – Move, Care, Connect on Sunday, 18 October 2026. Combining physical fitness, social connection, and health education, the event was creatively designed to promote productivity and raise awareness of health and well-being in the workplace.

PMSM Indonesia is a professional association officially recognized by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia under Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia No. AHU-0050616.AH.01.07 of 2016. The association was formed through the effective merger of the Indonesian Human Resource Development Association (APSDM) and the Human Resource Management Association (AMSM), with the aim of strengthening human resource management and development in Indonesia.

PMSM Indonesia Chairman, Dudi Arisandi, stated:

“As a professional association officially recognized by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, PMSM Indonesia remains committed to advancing its vision and mission of strengthening human resource management and development in Indonesia. This commitment is reflected in initiatives that integrate physical and mental well-being into everyday life, including activities that combine health awareness with sports and community engagement.”

Embracing the spirit of togetherness, the fun walk was designed to go beyond physical activity by incorporating health education on tuberculosis (TB) and mental health. Through interactive gamification, participants took part in health-related quizzes led by expert facilitators, dr. Ansgar A. V. Paska Da Lopez, MKK, SpOK, and dr. Aji Prabowo, MKK. This engaging approach demonstrated how learning can be fun while encouraging active participation and improving participants’ understanding of important health topics.

The mental health session also aligned with the momentum of World Mental Health Day. Participants gained valuable insights into Psychological First Aid (PFA) through the 3M principles: Look, to recognize when someone may need support; Listen, to offer attentive and empathetic support without judgment; and Link, to help connect individuals with appropriate assistance and support services.

The event reflected a broader commitment to improving quality of life, particularly by supporting efforts to end the TB epidemic and combat other infectious diseases, while promoting mental well-being across communities. The entire program reinforced an important message: the development and progress of a nation depend on its people, their health and well-being, and a strong culture of social care.

Through the combination of physical activity, professional networking, and meaningful health education, SEMARAK ’26 provided a valuable experience for PMSM Indonesia’s board members, association members, and members of the public who attended.

Move for Health. Care for People. Connect for Shared Prosperity.
